As a trusted and well-established nonprofit, we specialize in hosting impactful events during the spring and summer seasons that not only engage our supporters but also drive vital funds to support our mission. We place tremendous value on fostering meaningful relationships with sponsors and donors to ensure the sustainability of our programs. Our team is passionate, dedicated, and collaborative, offering a stimulating work environment where each member’s contributions are recognized and celebrated.

We are currently seeking an experienced Events Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to the success of our spring and summer event-based fundraising efforts, focusing primarily on securing and managing sponsorship outreach and renewals. The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating with various stakeholders, including internal teams, event committees, sponsors, and external registration professionals. You will play a key role in driving sponsor engagement, tracking sponsorship pipelines, managing registration processes through platforms like GiveSmart, and providing essential on-site support during events. Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure smooth event execution and exceptional sponsor experiences.

This position provides an exciting opportunity to combine your marketing, fundraising, and event coordination expertise to directly support nonprofit initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to ensure sponsor benefits and recognition are delivered and documented thoroughly.

This part-time specialist role offers a chance to contribute meaningfully to the nonprofit sector while honing your skills in event marketing and fundraising. We require availability for select evenings and weekends during events, reflecting the nature of the position and its essential role in event success. Join us in making a difference by delivering outstanding event experiences that amplify our mission and engage our valued supporters.
