Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event coordination, restaurant operations, or catering preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be personable, energetic, and detail-oriented
- Basic knowledge of event management software such as Tripleseat is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant operations, catering, or event management
- Strong preference for working knowledge of restaurant operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy and enthusiastic demeanor
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base including weddings, corporate events, marketing socials, family gatherings, and celebrations
- Working knowledge of Tripleseat software preferred
- Flexibility to work varied and weekend hours
Job Duties
- Meet with clients to finalize event details (menu, floorplans, timelines) and communicate all planning prior to events
- On site for events pre-determined by team schedule
- Oversee all client menu tastings when applicable ensuring presentations and food quality exceed expectations
- Assist Event Managers to increase sales through exceptional guest experiences, local store marketing, styled shoots, trade show participation
- Interact with managers/culinary team regarding menu development and event space set-up
- Maintain Banquet Event Order (BEO) book for the banquet department and execute functions related to operational administrative needs
- Support restaurant operations, catering, or event management as required
