Job Requirements

Education equivalent to a high school diploma or higher
Proven track record in event coordination and lead generation
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
Ability to use CRM tools effectively for data capture and management
Physical stamina to manage booth materials and long hours at events
Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass drug screening and background checks

Job Qualifications

Experience: 2–4 years in event planning, field marketing, or a dual-role involving sales/lead generation
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to "break the ice" with strangers easily
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead-capture apps
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (booth materials)
Adaptability: A "road warrior" mindset with the flexibility to handle travel delays or last-minute logistical changes with a positive attitude
All Candidates must pass a drug screening and background check upon employment
Some roles may also require passing a federal background check and fingerprinting
Must be authorized to work in the U.S

Job Duties

Event Planning & Execution
Manage end-to-end logistics for domestic and international events (trade shows, seminars, and corporate activations)
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and shipping partners to ensure all materials arrive on time and within budget
Oversee booth setup, teardown, and on-site brand representation
Strategic Lead Generation
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed a predetermined number of qualified leads for every event attended
On-site Engagement: Proactively engage with attendees to qualify prospects and capture data using our CRM tools
Pre-Event Outreach: Execute "know-before-you-go" campaigns to schedule on-site meetings with high-value targets
Travel & Field Management
Travel approximately 50% of the time to represent the company at various locations
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders while on-site
Manage travel bookings and expense reporting with high attention to detail
Post-Event Analysis
Conduct post-event debriefs to evaluate ROI based on lead quality and cost-per-lead
Ensure all captured leads are uploaded to the CRM and handed off to the sales team within 48 hours of event closure
