Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to two years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • CPR and AED certified
  • Ability to travel as required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of club activities and promotions preferred
  • Excellent customer service and promotional skills preferred
  • Ability to build relationships with members preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors
  • Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables
  • Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns
  • Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs
