Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of eight years in-house event marketing or related areas
  • Proven track record in event strategy and experiential marketing
  • Ability to lead projects and teams
  • Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with event management software
  • Flexibility to travel for events up to 20 percent
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders

Job Qualifications

  • Eight plus years of experience in event marketing, brand, or experiential activations
  • Experience in financial services or asset management is highly desirable
  • Prior experience in people management is desirable
  • Strong communication skills with executive presence
  • Ability to balance innovative big-picture thinking with tactical execution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and event technology platforms such as Cvent
  • Comfortable working in a multi-stakeholder environment across various time zones
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20 percent for in-person events

Job Duties

  • Manage the US Wealth and internal employee events for NAM International
  • Lead and project manage over 10 mid-to-high complexity events annually including strategy, budgets, and execution
  • Provide strategic guidance on the events pipeline including experience design and content amplification
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop event briefs aligned with commercial priorities
  • Oversee the broader events working group and creative development
  • Identify synergies and opportunities within the global events calendar for cross-collaboration
  • Manage one Event Marketing Associate and ensure team alignment
