Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
  • Engage clients by creating an environment of fun and creativity
  • Demonstrate and instruct craft projects and activities like face painting
  • Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
  • Communicate events with clients and store team members
  • Complete administrative tasks such as emails, phone calls, and paperwork
  • Adjust event plans based on client feedback
  • Create backup or emergency plans for events
  • Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
  • Uphold company cleanliness and safety standards
  • Help customers shop and locate products
  • Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
  • Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers
  • Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
  • Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
  • Participate in truck un-load, stocking, and planogram processes
  • Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
  • Perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
  • Support shrink and safety programs
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
  • Interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
  • Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production
  • Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
