Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
  • engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
  • demonstrate and instruct participants in craft projects and activities like face painting
  • facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons according to company standards
  • communicate effectively with clients and store team members about event details
  • complete administrative tasks including answering emails and making phone calls
  • adjust event plans based on client feedback
  • create backup and emergency plans
  • ensure client satisfaction
  • uphold cleanliness and safety standards
  • help customers shop and locate products
  • provide fast and friendly checkout experience
  • promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
  • educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
  • assist with online order pick-up and ship from store processes
  • participate in truck unload, stocking, and merchandise recovery
  • perform store stock optimization and ad set duties
  • support shrink and safety programs
  • adhere to company policies and procedures
  • act as a positive role model
  • cross-train in custom framing selling and production
  • participate in daily store cleanliness activities
