Job Duties

  • provide administrative support to events management team
  • assist with coordination and execution of large volume conventions and leisure events
  • manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • learn and utilize computer programs related to event management
  • deliver exceptional customer service to clients and guests
  • solve problems proactively and efficiently
  • collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure event success
