  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to events management team
  • Assist in coordinating logistics for large volume conventions and leisure events
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely completion
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal staff, and external partners
  • Utilize computer applications related to event planning and management
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and troubleshoot event-related issues
  • Support additional team responsibilities as needed
