Job Duties
- Meet with clients to finalize event details such as menu, floorplans, and timelines and communicate all planning prior to events
- On site for events pre-determined by team schedule
- Oversee all client menu tastings ensuring presentations and food quality exceed expectations
- Assist event managers to increase sales through exceptional guest experiences, local marketing, styled shoots, and trade show participation
- Interact with managers and culinary team regarding menu development and event space set-up
- Maintain Banquet Event Order (BEO) book and execute functions related to operational administrative needs
- Provide high energy and enthusiastic representation of the company connecting with a diverse client base
- Work flexible hours including weekends as needed
- Utilize Tripleseat software for event management (preferred)
