Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in event coordination or customer service
  • ability to engage effectively with diverse age groups
  • skill in multitasking and managing multiple events simultaneously
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • good communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings
  • legal right to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
  • engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
  • demonstrate and instruct craft projects including face painting and other activities
  • facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
  • communicate event details with clients and store team members
  • complete administrative tasks including answering emails and making phone calls
  • adjust plans based on client feedback and create backup plans
  • ensure client satisfaction and uphold store cleanliness and safety standards
  • help customers shop and locate products
  • provide fast and friendly checkout experience
  • promote rewards program and credit card enrollments
  • educate customers on voice of customer surveys
  • assist with omni channel processes like buy online pickup in store and ship from store
  • participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
  • complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
  • perform store in stock optimization and ad set duties
  • support shrink and safety programs
  • adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
  • interact positively and respectfully with customers and team members
  • cross train in custom framing selling and production
  • participate in daily store cleanliness tasks
