Job Requirements

  • Flexible work schedule, including some nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more

  • Ability to use power and manual tools a plus

  • Advanced interpersonal skills

  • Appreciation for accuracy and detail
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to operate AV equipment including computers, projectors, and live sound systems a plus

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all event logistics across the FPC campus including room setup and breakdown
  • Act as main point of contact for audiovisual needs in coordination with IT department
  • Manage part-time event support staff including scheduling, delegation, and supervision
  • Coordinate onsite security presence for church and attached parking garage
  • Collaborate with Pastoral Staff for preparation, setup, and breakdown of weddings and funerals
  • Order and pick up name plaques for columbarium memorial services including off-campus travel
  • Assist with ordering items needed for operations and events and operate AV equipment
