Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and/or customer service experience required
- Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders safely
- Must have excellent people skills
- Good communication skills
- Experience working with children and children's events
- Ability to handle job stress and interact with guests and co-workers
- Must be able to perform administrative tasks such as answering emails and phone calls

- Experience working with children and children’s events
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written, and listening skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Retail and/or customer service experience
- Strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- Cross trained in custom framing selling and production preferred
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects and perform activities like face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including answering emails and making phone calls
- Adjust plans based on client feedback and ensure client satisfaction
