Job Requirements

  • 5+ years validated experience working in fast paced live events, theatrical production and/or experiential events environments
  • Previous experience with production assistance a plus
  • Extreme ability to organize and track multiple parts of a project simultaneously
  • Ability to work long hours during peak event periods
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as needed
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in all work interactions
  • Compliance with Apple’s inclusion and diversity policies

Job Qualifications

  • 7+ years validated experience working in fast paced live events, theatrical production and/or experiential events environments
  • Positive relationships with production vendors and cross-functional partners
  • Ability to demonstrate confidence, professionalism and discretion when interacting with executives and VIPs
  • Experience negotiating and building strong relationships with external partners
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization
  • Strong teamwork skills and understanding of team dynamics
  • Self-starter able to work independently with the ability to influence others
  • Flexibility to work as required to fulfill business needs

Job Duties

  • Serve as project coordinator for outdoor heritage and values celebrations across various Apple campuses including tracking key milestones and deliverables and budget
  • Coordinate talent briefs, travel and accommodations, and back of house experience such as hair, makeup, styling and support of hospitality riders for all events at Steve Jobs Theater and Apple Park Observatory
  • Serve as contact for talent, executives and audience facing catering needs
  • Manage project planning meetings and develop keynote presentations with tactical details that reflect overall strategy
  • Provide vendor and crew support during events
  • Handle inventory management including packing, shipping and tracking of event materials
  • Support team daily business operations and procedures
