Job Duties

  • meet with group coordinators or hosts before receptions
  • perform introductions and ensure all arrangements are agreed upon
  • read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and event details
  • attend to all special banquet event preparations
  • follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance
  • comply with company safety policies and procedures
  • maintain a clean and professional appearance
