Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to navigate stairs, narrow spaces, and uneven surfaces
- Adherence to company safety and security policies
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions and make introductions
- Analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine proper setup and timeline
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests and anticipate service needs
- Maintain professional appearance and communication standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Navigate through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
