Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years experience in event coordination or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation

- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of nonprofit event fundraising preferred

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate at least 30 fundraising and program events annually
- Maintain and develop relationships with event sponsors, funders, vendors, and donors
- Serve as primary contact for vendors on event days
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, including coordinating equipment and resources
- Coordinate and schedule internal program events
- Support volunteer teams during large volunteer group serve days at ministry locations
- Foster an environment that promotes the ministry mission and key values
