Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication

Job Duties

  • Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing such as filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying
  • Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
  • Gather materials and assemble information packages such as brochures and promotional materials
  • Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales process software including commissions, leads, and third parties
  • Answer guest questions about property facilities and services including hours of operation, rates, packages, events
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate via phone and email to respond to questions and requests
  • Follow company policies and procedures ensuring professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and anticipate their service needs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals
  • Comply with quality assurance standards
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
