Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in administrative or clerical roles
  • proficiency in using computers and office equipment
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • physical ability to move, lift, transport, push, or pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • be able to work full time
  • comply with company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Enter and retrieve information from computer databases to update files, records, and reservations
  • respond to guest inquiries
  • transmit information or documents via computer, email, or fax
  • operate standard office equipment
  • draft letters, memos, and other documents using word processors, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation software
  • manage incoming and outgoing mail by dating and distributing it
  • create and maintain electronic and paper filing systems for records, reports, and documents
