  • Proficiency with computer databases and standard office software

Job Duties

  • Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases to update records, files, reservations, and answer guest inquiries
  • Transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile
  • Operate standard office equipment other than computers
  • Prepare letters, memos, and documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail including date stamping and distribution
  • Create and maintain filing and organization systems for records, reports, and documents
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guest service needs
  • Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
