Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or hospitality operations
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, catering, or hospitality operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism in client and internal interactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other hotel systems
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced resort environment
- Excellent attention to detail required
Job Duties
- Assist Event Planning Managers in preparing detailed event documentation, including event orders, group resumes, and event diagrams
- Coordinate event logistics, rooming lists, setup requirements, and catering details under the direction of the Event Planning Managers
- Communicate confirmed event details to all relevant departments, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Track event milestones, deadlines, and changes to ensure timely follow-up with internal teams and clients
- Support onsite during events as needed to ensure successful execution and resolution of last-minute adjustments
- Serve as an administrative point of contact for clients during the planning phase, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries
- Support Event Planning Managers with client correspondence, confirmations, and post-event communications
