Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or customer service
- Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves safely
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and nonverbally
- Ability to perform administrative tasks such as using email and phone
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Willingness to cross train in framing skills

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages creating a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct craft project completion and perform activities like face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and develop backup plans
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards before and after events
- Help customers shop and locate products providing solutions
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Engage customers on benefits of rewards programs and private label credit cards and complete enrollments
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, planogram processes, merchandise recovery and maintenance
- Perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
- Interact respectfully with customers and team members and promote company values
- Cross train in custom framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
