Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in event coordination or customer service
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Willingness to comply with all company policies and safety standards
- Must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements for employment

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects and activities such as face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons including goody bags and balloons to company standards
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and implement backup plans
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist customers in shopping and product location
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- Support Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and merchandise recovery
- Perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to company SOPs and policies
- Maintain positive and respectful interactions
- Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
- Participate in store cleanliness activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
