Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to remain standing for long periods
- ability to move throughout the store
- ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
- ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders
- capability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
- must comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements for employment

Job Duties
- plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- demonstrate and instruct craft projects, face painting, and activities
- facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
- communicate with clients and store team members about events
- complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- adjust event plans based on client feedback and create backup plans
- ensure client satisfaction during events
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards during event setup and breakdown
- help customers shop and locate products
- provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
- educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- complete merchandise recovery and store optimization duties
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- interact respectfully with customers and team members
- cross train in custom framing sales and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities such as sweeping and restroom maintenance
