Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages promoting fun and creativity
- demonstrate craft projects and perform activities such as face painting
- facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons following company standards
- communicate event details with clients and store teams
- complete administrative tasks like answering emails and making phone calls
- adjust event plans based on client feedback
- create backup plans for events
- ensure client satisfaction
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards by setting up and cleaning before and after events
- help customers shop and locate products
- provide fast and friendly checkout experiences
- promote Rewards program and credit card enrollments
- educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
- interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
- cross-train in custom framing selling and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities
