Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
  • engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
  • demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and face painting
  • facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
  • communicate events with clients and team members
  • complete administrative tasks such as answering emails and making phone calls
  • adjust plans based on client feedback
  • create backup or emergency plans
  • ensure client satisfaction
  • uphold cleanliness and safety standards
  • assist customers with locating products and provide solutions
  • provide fast and friendly checkout experience
  • promote Rewards program and credit card enrollments
  • participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
  • complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
  • perform store in stock optimization and AD set duties
  • support shrink and safety programs
  • adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
  • engage respectfully with others
  • cross train in custom framing selling and production
  • participate in daily store cleanliness activities
