Job Requirements

  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to move throughout the store
  • Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladder or equipment
  • Compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
  • Ability to perform physical tasks assigned
  • Ability to engage respectfully and positively with customers and team members
  • Capability to participate in store operational activities including truck unload, stocking, and merchandising

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working with children and children’s events
  • Retail and/or customer service experience
  • Excellent people and communication skills including written, verbal, and nonverbal
  • Organizational, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
  • Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
  • Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and activities such as face painting
  • Facilitate and implement party add-ons to company standards
  • Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and paperwork
  • Adjust and customize events based on client feedback and needs
  • Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards before, during, and after events
