Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency
- 3 to 5 years experience in audio, video, lighting, electrics, stage carpentry, rigging, events coordination or related field or equivalent combination of training and/or experience
- Experience using Momentus (Ungerboeck) event booking software preferred
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure with patience and poise
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee event logistics including contacts, bookings, staff scheduling, and event support
- Support event managers by assisting with event documents, diagrams, and on-site scheduled shifts
- Meet with clients to review and obtain event requirements
- Oversee event setup, operations, and equipment removal
- Generate estimates and perform frequent reviews during the event planning process
- Assist with selling event/booth space to vendors as needed
