Job Duties

  • Lead and support the research and coordination efforts for trade shows, meetups, and various company events
  • Manage all aspects of shipping logistics for trade show materials, booth properties, and collateral
  • Coordinate hotel and travel bookings for staff, including flights and room blocks
  • Support budget tracking by collecting vendor invoices, monitoring expenses, and updating event budget sheets
  • Coordinate happy hours and dinners, including sourcing venues, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive work environment
