- 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
- excellent oral and written communication skills

- knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- CPR and AED certified

Job Duties
- Coordinates event logistics by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
- delivers event results through documentation and reporting of specific event measurables
- provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns
- engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs
- supports successful execution of adult sports programming
- ensures alignment of events with company mission and vision
- assists in member retention through outstanding member experiences
