Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in event coordination or related field preferred
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with diverse customers and team members
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Capable of bending, lifting, carrying, and reaching during work
- Ability to move throughout the store efficiently
- Must meet federal, state, and local legal employment requirements
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Comfortable working in climate controlled and non-climate controlled environments
- Willingness to follow company policies and safety procedures

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes or events
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in the completion of craft projects and perform face painting
- Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
- Communicate events with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails and making phone calls
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback
- Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards by setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after events
- Help customers shop and locate products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote Benefits programs like Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards
- Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unloading and merchandise stocking
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- Interact with others respectfully and positively
- Cross train in custom framing selling and production
- Participate in store cleanliness activities including sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Perform other duties as assigned
