Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
  • engage clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
  • demonstrate and instruct in craft projects and perform face painting
  • facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons following company standards
  • communicate event details with clients and store team
  • complete administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and paperwork
  • adjust event plans based on client feedback
  • create backup or emergency plans
  • ensure client satisfaction
  • uphold cleanliness and safety standards by setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after events
  • help customers shop and locate products
  • provide fast and friendly checkout experience
  • engage customers on Rewards program and credit card enrollments
  • educate customers on VOC surveys
  • assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes
  • participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram activities
  • complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance
  • perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
  • support shrink and safety programs
  • adhere to SOPs and company policies
  • interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
  • cross-train in custom framing selling and production
  • participate in daily store cleanliness activities
  • perform other duties as assigned
