Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in event coordination or customer service
  • physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift, carry, and reach
  • ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders or similar equipment
  • willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
  • ability to follow company policies and safety regulations
  • U.S. legal authorization to work
  • ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children's birthday parties and craft classes
  • engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative atmosphere
  • demonstrate and instruct craft projects and other activities such as face painting
  • facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons according to company standards
  • communicate event details with clients and team members
  • complete administrative tasks such as answering emails and paperwork
  • adjust event plans based on client feedback and needs
  • create and implement backup plans as necessary
  • ensure client satisfaction and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards before and after events
  • help customers shop and locate products while providing solutions
  • provide fast and friendly checkout experience
  • engage customers on benefits of rewards program and credit cards and complete enrollments
  • educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
  • assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
  • participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
  • complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
  • perform Store in Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
  • support shrink and safety programs
  • adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company compliance programs
  • interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
  • cross train in Custom Framing selling and production
  • participate in daily store cleanliness activities
  • perform other duties as assigned
