Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in event management, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate event planning and execution
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Experience with high-end, executive-level events and hospitality
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to design details
  • Proficiency in event management software and project planning tools

  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, communications, or related field
  • Proven experience managing corporate events with a strategic focus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Skilled in vendor relationship management and contract negotiation
  • Experience organizing executive-level and high-quality bespoke events
  • Strong design sense with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using event management and project planning software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze event metrics and implement improvements

Job Duties

  • Design and execute curated internal events that align with strategic business priorities
  • Develop and manage an annual practice event calendar
  • Curate content themes to foster strategic conversations and knowledge exchange
  • Collaborate with practice leaders to identify topics and learning objectives
  • Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, materials, and technology
  • Develop creative event formats such as workshops, salons, design thinking sessions, and site visits
  • Maintain high standards of event design and overall experience quality
  • Ensure events reflect the firm’s design excellence and innovation
  • Develop and maintain event brand guidelines and templates
  • Create memorable moments that reinforce firm culture and values
  • Manage event budgets and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate with external vendors, venues, and partners
  • Track event success metrics including engagement, satisfaction, and business impact
  • Maintain event databases and systems for planning and follow-up
  • Continuously improve event processes and participant experiences
