Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in event management, marketing, communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate event planning and execution
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
- Experience with high-end, executive-level events and hospitality
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to design details
- Proficiency in event management software and project planning tools

- Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, communications, or related field
- Proven experience managing corporate events with a strategic focus
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Skilled in vendor relationship management and contract negotiation
- Experience organizing executive-level and high-quality bespoke events
- Strong design sense with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in using event management and project planning software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze event metrics and implement improvements
Job Duties
- Design and execute curated internal events that align with strategic business priorities
- Develop and manage an annual practice event calendar
- Curate content themes to foster strategic conversations and knowledge exchange
- Collaborate with practice leaders to identify topics and learning objectives
- Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, materials, and technology
- Develop creative event formats such as workshops, salons, design thinking sessions, and site visits
- Maintain high standards of event design and overall experience quality
- Ensure events reflect the firm’s design excellence and innovation
- Develop and maintain event brand guidelines and templates
- Create memorable moments that reinforce firm culture and values
- Manage event budgets and vendor relationships
- Coordinate with external vendors, venues, and partners
- Track event success metrics including engagement, satisfaction, and business impact
- Maintain event databases and systems for planning and follow-up
- Continuously improve event processes and participant experiences
