Job Requirements
- a high school diploma or equivalent
- previous hospitality or administrative experience preferred
- proficiency in general computer applications such as microsoft word and excel
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- proactive and tech-savvy
- willingness to collaborate across departments
- availability for occasional site visits
Job Qualifications
- a true desire to serve others in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- proficient in microsoft word and excel
- previous experience in hospitality or administrative roles preferred
- hospitality degree or equivalent experience is a plus
- geographically mobile is a plus for future growth opportunities
Job Duties
- support event managers with group turnovers
- review contracts and ensure accuracy
- detail group information into hotel systems
- coordinate guest room reservations and billing
- collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution
- communicate effectively with clients via phone, video calls, and email
- assist in planning and executing site visits
- manage special projects to enhance the events department
