Job Duties

  • Lead the planning and execution of college events to attract prospective students and engage current students, alumni, and partners
  • Assist with day-to-day events and marketing activities in the College of Engineering
  • Coordinate logistics for large-scale events
  • Collaborate with Undergraduate Studies team members to support event objectives
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain organized records and event documentation
  • Adapt to changing event requirements and schedules
