- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- At least 1 year of administrative assistant or office experience
- Experience planning and organizing large scale events

Job Duties
- Lead the planning and execution of college events to attract prospective students and engage current students, alumni, and partners
- Assist with day-to-day events and marketing activities in the College of Engineering
- Coordinate logistics for large-scale events
- Collaborate with Undergraduate Studies team members to support event objectives
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain organized records and event documentation
- Adapt to changing event requirements and schedules
