Job Duties
- Prep and execute dishes using detailed event menus (BEOs)
- Work across stations including pantry, grill, sauté, and fry
- Support service for plated dinners, cocktail receptions, tastings, and brunch events
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
- Contribute positively to a respectful, team-oriented kitchen environment
