Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of kitchen experience or culinary training
  • Solid knife skills and comfort on pantry, grill, sauté, or fry stations
  • A curious mindset eager to learn, adapt, and problem solve
  • A team-first attitude with a strong work ethic and pride in the craft

Job Duties

  • Prepping from custom event sheets (BEOs) for each unique gathering
  • Executing dishes with precision and care across a variety of kitchen stations
  • Working service for private brunches, tastings, plated dinners, and more
  • Maintaining a clean, efficient, and professional kitchen environment
  • Collaborating with chefs to adapt to menu changes and client needs
  • Ensuring quality control and consistency in food presentation
  • Assisting in inventory management and kitchen organization
