Job Duties

  • Identify and register new riders from Wisconsin communities
  • identify and register new team captains from Wisconsin communities
  • collaborate with managing director and team building director to plan, execute, and consult for Audaxity event and ancillary events
  • oversee outreach efforts and rider recruitment
  • develop outreach plans with communications and brand strategy teams
  • serve as ambassador for event in community
  • provide resources to riders and volunteers
  • collaborate with MCW departments to align events to fundraising and brand goals
  • participate in committees and lead informational meetings
  • form and maintain partnerships with outside vendors
  • share ideas and operational challenges with senior leaders
  • handle and process currency for registrations and donations
  • perform other work-related duties as assigned
