Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator or host/hostess prior to functions to confirm arrangements
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest and event information
- Respond to special banquet event requests and ensure compliance
- Follow all company safety and security policies and report incidents
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of information
- Welcome guests and anticipate their service needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers
- Support team efforts to meet quality and service standards
- Perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and navigating work environments
- Perform other job duties as assigned by supervisors
