Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Meet group coordinator or host/hostess prior to functions to confirm arrangements
  • Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest and event information
  • Respond to special banquet event requests and ensure compliance
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and report incidents
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of information
  • Welcome guests and anticipate their service needs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers
  • Support team efforts to meet quality and service standards
  • Perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and navigating work environments
  • Perform other job duties as assigned by supervisors
