Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including availability on weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Double-check all function rooms prior to start time to ensure total satisfaction with facilities and equipment per client specifications
- Respond to any client request within five minutes and resolve the request within fifteen minutes
- Monitor and anticipate the personal and practical needs of meeting planners and guests
- Assist Events and Sales Managers with administrative duties such as processing event leads and customer interactions
- Communicate with other departments to ensure successful event execution
- Manage group block servicing including rooming list coordination, reservation updates, special requests, and cutoff date monitoring
- Serve as the main point of contact for rooms-only groups and prepare necessary reports for departmental alignment
