Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
  • ability to walk and stand for entire shifts
  • ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
  • flexibility in scheduling including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • refined verbal and written communication skills
  • proactive attitude with a strong desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Double-check function rooms prior to start time to ensure client satisfaction
  • respond to client requests within 5 minutes and resolve within 15 minutes
  • assist Events and Sales Managers with administrative duties including processing event leads and reports
  • monitor and meet the personal and practical needs of sales and events customers
  • provide added services to repeat customers
  • confirm VIP room setups
  • locate and retrieve boxes
  • assist with service recovery to improve guest experiences
  • manage all aspects of group block servicing including rooming list coordination and reservation updates
  • prepare and distribute group resumes and room block reports
  • review and confirm rate accuracy, billing instructions, and payment methods
  • communicate proactively with group contacts to finalize details and troubleshoot issues
  • collaborate with Front Office and Revenue Management teams for inventory control and block optimization
  • support sales managers with contract transitions and post-stay follow-up
