Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • double-check function rooms prior to event start time to ensure client satisfaction
  • respond to guest requests within five minutes and resolve issues within fifteen minutes
  • assist Events and Sales Managers with processing event leads and customer follow-up
  • monitor customer personal and practical needs throughout the event
  • manage group block servicing including rooming list coordination and reservation updates
  • communicate proactively with group contacts to finalize details and troubleshoot issues
  • collaborate with Front Office and Revenue Management to optimize inventory and block utilization
