Job Requirements

  • Experience in the service industry

Job Duties

  • Double-check all function rooms prior to start time to ensure satisfaction with facilities and equipment
  • Act as liaison between hotel and meeting planner
  • Respond to requests within 5 minutes and resolve within 15 minutes
  • Assist Events and Sales Managers with administrative duties including processing event leads and reports
  • Provide added services to repeat customers and confirm VIP room setups
  • Locate and retrieve boxes or items as needed
  • Serve as main contact for rooms-only groups and manage room block servicing
  • Prepare and distribute group resumes and reports
  • Confirm rate accuracy and payment instructions pre-arrival
  • Communicate with group contacts to finalize details and troubleshoot
  • Collaborate with Front Office and Revenue Management for inventory control and block optimization
  • Support sales managers with contract transitions and follow-up
  • Greet guests warmly and provide efficient service
  • Offer assistance and options
  • Maintain guest satisfaction throughout events
