Job Duties
- Meet with coordinators or group hosts before the reception to ensure all preparations are agreed upon
- Review and analyze banquet orders to gather guest information and determine proper organization and timelines
- Attend to and try to meet all special banquet event preparations
- Follow up to ensure compliance with special banquet event preparations
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
- Maintain a clean and professional uniform and appearance
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and protect company assets
- Support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- Communicate clearly and professionally, including answering phone calls with proper etiquette
- Perform other reasonable work tasks as directed by supervisors
