Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of related work experience
- ability to work part time
- ability to follow company safety policies
- ability to maintain professional appearance
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting objects up to 25 pounds
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
- willingness to perform additional duties as needed

- strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- meet with group coordinators or hosts before receptions for introductions and preparation confirmation
- read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and organize event setup
- attend to and fulfill all special banquet event preparations
- follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance
- comply with all company safety policies and report maintenance issues or hazards
- maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
- support coworkers with dignity and respect to achieve common goals
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 25 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts
- greet and recognize all guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues
- perform additional reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
