Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to follow safety and security policies
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Ability to communicate professionally with guests and team members
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Meet group coordinator or host prior to functions and ensure all arrangements are agreeable
  • Read and analyze banquet event order to gather guest information and determine proper setup and timeline
  • Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
  • Follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance
  • Adhere to company safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and anticipate their service needs
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
