- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to follow safety and security policies
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Ability to communicate professionally with guests and team members
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator or host prior to functions and ensure all arrangements are agreeable
- Read and analyze banquet event order to gather guest information and determine proper setup and timeline
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance
- Adhere to company safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and anticipate their service needs
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
