Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator and host prior to functions to make introductions and confirm arrangements
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information, determine proper setup, timeline, and specific guest needs
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Follow up on event arrangements to ensure compliance with company standards
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and anticipate service needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members, answering telephones using proper etiquette
- Adhere to all company safety and security policies and report any unsafe conditions
