Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions, make introductions, and ensure all arrangements are agreeable
  • Read and analyze banquet event order to gather guest information and determine proper setup and timeline
  • Respond to and fulfill any special banquet event arrangements
  • Follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance
  • Follow company safety and security policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training
  • Maintain professional appearance and personal hygiene, protect company assets and confidential information
  • Welcome guests warmly, anticipate and address service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation
