Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the US, Ability to work flexible shifts including late finishes, High school diploma or equivalent preferred, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Capacity to handle physically demanding tasks, Reliable and punctual, Willingness to adhere to safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Fantastic personality with strong guest engagement skills, Ability to support and guide team members effectively, Good all-round beverage knowledge preferred, Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure, Desire to learn and progress within hospitality, Previous experience in event bartending or hospitality is advantageous
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding hospitality to guests, Tailor service to deliver exceptional guest experiences, Use knowledge of beverages, spirits and wine to assist guests, Set up and tear down events from start to finish, Deliver high service standards expected by event guests, Assist with preparing linen, glassware, and silver for events, Maintain a safe and clean environment during events
